Run Slide Show

  • To run a presentation, click on the run slide show button on the views toolbar.

    Master View Button
  • From the menu bar, choose Slide Show - Slide Show.

Saving a presentation

  • To save a presentation, choose File - Save As from the menu bar. Specify the name and location on where you want to save your file and click Save.
  • From the function toolbar, click on the diskette icon. Save Icon

Printing
Choose File - Print, then click on Options to access options for printing presentation slides

Under the Contents option, you can choose which parts of the document to be printed.

  • Drawing - mark this field you would like one slide per page to be printed.
  • Notes - mark this option to print notes
  • Handouts - mark this option to print handouts
  • Outline - mark this check box to print an outline

Note that you may choose more than one option to print. For example, to print out slides and notes, just check both the Drawing and Notes options. Quality refers to the color and color quality of the prints. Choosing the Grayscale or Black & White option allows you to print without color. Print options allows you to print page name, date, time, and/or hidden pages. Page options allows you to enter additional options for printing the pages. Defined in the printer setup. When you are done specifying your options, click OK and you will be brought back to the Print dialog box. Specify the number of copies or which pages to print, then click OK.
