Inserting new slide

From the floating presentation toolbar, click on Insert Slide.

From the menu toolbar, choose Insert - Slide.

In drawing view, right click one of the slide tabs (in the mid-lower part of the screen) and select insert slide.
After inserting slide, a dialog box will appear prompting you to type a name for your slide. Then select one of the layout thumbnail images and click OK.
Applying slide design
- From floating presentation toolbar, click on Slide Design.
- From the menu toolbar, choose Format - Styles - Slide Design<./li>
Select the template and click OK.
Changing slide layout
- From the floating presentation toolbar, click on Modify Slide Layout.
- From the menu bar, choose Format - Modify Layout.
Select one of the layout thumbnail images and click OK.
Reordering slides
- In slide view, click on the slide you wish to move and drag it to the new location.
- In drawing view, click on the tab of the slide (in the mid-lower part of the screen) you wish to move and drag it to a new location.
Deleting slides
- In slide view, click on the slide you wish to delete and press the DELETE key on your keyboard.
- In drawing view, choose Edit - Delete Slide.
- In drawing view, click on the tab of the slide you wanted to delete, right click and select
delete slide.
