The meeting will be held at the University of Tartu's Institute of Sport Sciences and Physiotherapy, Ujula tn. 4.
Please note that this is distinct from the university sports center, although the two buildings are conjoined. The doors you are looking for are in the green part of the building, and are pictured below:
It is thought to be impossible to access the venue through the entrance to the sports center.
